CrossFit Huey is built for real people at real starting points — and the first step is easier than you think.
- You Don't Need to Be Fit to Start: That's what training is for. Every new member begins with a free intro — a no-pressure session where you meet the coaches, see the gym, and move at your own pace. No performance required.
- Every Workout Is Scaled to You: Nothing here is one-size-fits-all. Weights, movements, and intensity are all adjusted to suit where you are right now — so you're always challenged, never overwhelmed.
- The Coaches Have Seen Every Starting Point: Nervous, unfit, returning from injury, or just out of the habit — our coaches have worked with every type of athlete. You're in good hands from session one.
What to Expect
Starting something new is the hardest part. So here's exactly what happens when you walk through the door at CrossFit Huey — no surprises, no guesswork.
- Day One: You'll meet our coaches. We'll talk about your goals, show you around, and answer any questions.
- Your First Class: When you're ready, you'll jump into a coached group session scaled to your level. The class walks you through everything, and someone is always nearby if you need a hand.
- The First Month: Movement starts to click. You'll learn the foundational lifts, become comfortable with the format, and start to understand why the people here keep coming back. Most new members are surprised by how quickly it feels normal.
