ZUU is a high intensity low impact training system (HILIT) developed by Nathan Helberg. It is predominantly body weight training so it is very safe. As a result there is an entry point for absolutely anyone. That means the elderly, young, the recovering, athletes, anyone looking to improve their quality of life. Our mission is to LIBERATE HUMAN MOVEMENT through increased mobility, full range body movement and injury prevention, in a training and learning environment that is supportive and focussed on people.

Rupert, Zoo Coach, is one of the world’s leading ZUU instructors having reached the pinnacle of ZUU mentorship as ZUU Bellator, his past achievements include representing Australia in Track & Field Sprints and Jumps, a combination that blends into the CrossFit mould perfectly.
